Single-ply Roofing System Installation (EPDM, TPO, PVC) We specialize in single-ply applications, such as EPDM, TPO, or PVC. These roof systems can be installed directly over existing roof systems, insulation systems, or directly to the roof decking. These single-ply membranes are made up completely of synthetic materials made to withstand the elements at their worst. Another benefit is the oversized sheets that the material comes in. These roof systems also come in Energy Star applications and with these membranes you can achieve the most energy efficient roof for both your heating and cooling systems.  We also have the ability to install a variety of green roofing systems. Maintenance Services We offer a full maintenance program. You can achieve the maximum lifespan out of your roof system if it is properly maintained. We offer the application of coatings to preserve an existing roof system, quality field patching with compatible materials, manufacturer’s specified flashing details, and also seam restoration for all high-end single ply roof systems. Residential/Shingles We can handle all residential roofing needs. Residential roofing applications include the removal of old roofing, inspection of your existing wood decking, and the application of all required underlayments prior to actual shingle application. However, some roof applications may be a re-roof situation, which is installing a roof system over an existing single layer of shingles. This is applicable if the roof is not too far into the deterioration stage. The last thing you would want to do is to re-roof over an area of possible bad wood or not be able to install proper ice and water protection at your gutter edges and valleys. We furnish a verbal inspection and written proposal prior to any roof application so your questions are answered before the first shingle is nailed. With any shingle roof application you can’t forget the details, including flashing and ventilation. Our Area of Service We are a full-service roofing contractor serving the entire Minnesota Twin Cities area, as well as the Eastern Dakotas, Northern Iowa, and Western Wisconsin.
